Came here today for the first time and was highly impressed with this place. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the entire staff! I got the Cuban sandwich and it was amazing. My daughter came out with a cheesecake dessert courtesy of the girl up front , which was very sweet of her to do. She finished it before we pulled into my driveway, that says it all! We will most certainly go back again!

We ordered hot breakfast, including eggs, sausage and pancakes. The lady who took our order was ao helpful and generous, giving us a few delicious pastries for free because it was my first time visiting. The food was flavorful and the coffee was delicious- if you like good, strong coffee, this is the place to go. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Great authentic Puertorican bakery. The guava turnovers on point! The sweet pan sobao; loved that it was still fresh the next day. I had a tripleta; it comes with fresh french fries and that sauce its amazing! Great cozy atmosphere.

Every thing is made fresh in house every day, including their variety of breads which includes pan sobao, cuban bread, mayorca bread and baguettes.

Excellent, quick service and great atmosphere! The true MVP are the baked goods. Bread is wonderfully baked with a soft inside and a toasted, crunchy outside! I bought the desayuno but my SIL raves about the French toast. Was unable to take a picture because of how rapidly it was eaten! Would come here again!

Look forward to visiting Pablo's Bakery. Finally got around to visit Pablo's Bakery with my parents in town. I wanted to take them to a Puerto Rican cafe. Wish I had visted sooner. I had a pastrami sandwich that was delicious and we also order the Tripleta that looked great. Met all the staff who were very friendly. We took some pastries for later.

My new favorite bakery in town! I called to order a birthday cake for the same day and spoke with owner/baker Pablo himself. The cake surpassed all our expectations in its spectacular design and was equally delicious! We enjoyed different pastries while waiting. Best cheese danish ever and the guava turnover was unbelievable. Can't wait to come back and try everything!! If you are looking for something a cut above for an afternoon treat or special event and at a fair price to boot, look no further!
